Laundry rooms are located on the second and third floors and there are designated times for each suite to do laundry. The main floor hosts a tenants lounge with a kitchen. There is a security system at the main enterance and an elevator. Parking is avaiable for vehicles for $100.00 per year with an extra charge for plug-in parking.
